We verify that in the Registry of Political Parties of the Court District of Tirana, results that by order no.12 of 19.12.1990 of the Ministry of Justice has been approved the establishment of the Party “Democratic Party”, with the abbreviation of “PD” or “PDSH”.

The chairman of the Party is Mr. Lulzim Basha.

We issue this certificate in response to the request of the interested party.
